Hi there I’m Richard Durrington. I spent 16 years reading to elementary students and putting different voices to all the characters in the books to help make reading more engaging and fun for them to learn to read better.
I’d love to help you tell your story and make it more engaging for your listeners as well.
I’ve performed in nearly 40 theater productions. I received a theater scholarship from Boise State University from 600 trying out to only 5 being awarded. Lately I’ve been performing at Senior Centers where old time radio shows are turned into 1 act plays. So rewarding to see the residents smile after a show.
I have done radio commercials, character work, eLearning, explainer videos, IVR Telephony, and narrations for documentaries.
I record in my own voice booth using the following equipment:

- Neumenn TLM 103
- Adobe Audition – DAW
